"A lovely new outlet to enjoy one of the best ice-cream in Penang. The tables for dining are limited which is one of the flaws here. Another problem would be the attitude of the staffs (service improvement should never stop) but every staff is different so some customers will have a great time here without worries while others may be unlucky."
